If it’s all green from Netflix itself, and your Wi-FI is working but there’s nothing happening on your TV and the problem is persisting, you can be reasonably sure that it’s not a connectivity issue.
Netflix won't have an issue of not working with Pakistan after that. Films get banned here because of their inappropriate content.
